The cup is great, but Shock Doctor sizing tends to run a bit small, at least in its adult sizes. At 140, I'm not a big guy, but the XL (dark blue) cup is a better fit than the standard Adult size (black). Same is true for the supporter itself. You may need L if you usually take M.
