Very good guards These are well padded guards for both your shins and feet. the only problem I am encountering is that they tend to slide to the outer side of your leg after repeated kicks. Not often, but I have noticed it from time to time. I first tried the guards with sleeves rather than velcro straps but I have larger calves and they were too tight to wear for extended periods. they are durable.
