This BadBoy Gi is manufactured entirely in Brazil, including the fabric and assembly, by the original Bad Boy BJJ Gi manufacturer who is renowned as one of the best. This Kimono is literally hand-sewn by tailors and seamstresses in Sao Paulo, Brazil, who have been hand-making Gis for more than 25 years.
The quality and strength of construction of the Bad Boy BJJ Gi is unsurpassed. The chest area features a three-ply overlap and a lapel that is filled with the same high-quality material of which the Gi itself is made. This provides a lapel that can get wet as many times as you can and never lose its strength. Every opening on the Gi is reinforced and each stitch is clean and properly finished.
No attention to detail has been spared as patches are woven (as opposed to embroidered or screen printed) in order to ensure strength and quality while preserving color and detail.
